Whether you're hiring or getting hired, the flow is the same four steps — and money doesn't move to the provider until the work is confirmed.
If you need something done
Compare real offers
Verified providers respond with what they'd charge and when they're free. You see their rating, past work and price side by side rather than negotiating blind.
Book and pay into escrow
Accept the offer you want. Your payment goes into the Arvices payment system — the provider can see the job is funded, but the money isn't theirs yet.
Confirm, then the funds release
When the work is finished you mark it complete and the funds are released. If something went wrong, support mediates before anything is paid out.
If you're a provider
Create an account and get verified
Sign up as a service provider and complete onboarding — ID verification, business details and a look at your past work.
List what you offer
Publish bookable services or products with your own prices and availability, and post completed jobs to your showcase so clients can see the standard of your work.
Win work
Respond to service requests with an offer, or take bookings directly off your listings. Clients can also find and hire you again from their previous-hires list.
Get paid
Once the client confirms completion, the payment clears to your wallet and can be withdrawn to your bank after the holding period.
